7th Grade
Jameson Huff
Jameson is the Rocket competitor of the month for the 7th grade because she consistently brings terrific effort and attitude to class. Jameson is extremely cooperative with her teachers and peers and has a work-before-play mentality each day. Because of her work ethic, she performs extremely well in class and is humble enough to ask for help when she needs help on her assignments. Overall, we really appreciate Jameson because she models the best behaviors and respects everyone in the classroom. Keep up the outstanding effort Jameson!

Riley Williamson
Riley is the Rocket Competitor for the month because he has a positive attitude in class. He joyfully arrives to class and accepts feedback to improve as a student on his assignments. He also interacts respectfully with his peers and stays positive with everyone in class. Riley also does quality work on his assignments and strives to go beyond the minimum expectations. Overall, we really enjoy Riley and appreciate all the positive attributes he brings to class each day!

8th Grade
Rietta VanHouten
Rietta has been a rock star all year. Her grades are awesome but what has truly made her shine is her willingness and ability to help other students and players. She has taken younger students and players under her wing and helped them be the best they can. Great Job Rietta!

Lucas Thieme
Lucas has been a rock star all year. His grades are awesome but what has truly made him shine is his willingness and ability to help other students and players. He has taken younger students and players under her wing and helped them be the best they can. He has also been a great help in integrating a new student and making sure they know where they are going. Great Job Lucas!

9th Grade
Abby Bensel
Abby is a fantastic student. I can always count on her to participate in class and give her best effort. Abby is consistently prepared, she turns in her assignments when they are due and goes the extra mile whenever she can. I appreciate Abby's work ethic and willingness to take risks in class. She is a leader by example and sets a fantastic tone for those around her. Keep up the great work, Abby!

Elisha Sanchez
We chose Elisha as the Rocket Competitor this month because of his great attitude! He is always positive, works well with everyone, and is very respectful to all of the staff. Keep it up Elisha!

10th Grade
Alyssa Turner
Alyssa has the most beautifully organized notes! She is focused and hard working in the classroom. Alyssa always comes to class ready to learn with a smile on her face!

Brian Anderson
Brian checks all of the boxes when it comes to being a rocket competitor. He has great attendance and a great attitude in the classroom. Brian treats his teachers and classmates with respect. He gets all of his work done well and turned in on time. Keep up the great work Brian!

Shelby Sutherland
Shelby's attendance has shown incredible improvement this year, and she is a valuable classmate with insightful perspectives worth sharing. We're glad to see more of Shelby and look forward to her future contributions in the classroom and the student body.

12th Grade
Lynn Williams
Lynn is dedicated to her pursuit of nursing school and is working hard to achieve her dreams. Lynn is taking several college courses this term through BMCC and is registered for more winter term. Lynn is great at helping other students who are taking online classes and is a great role model for our younger students who are starting college classes.

Lewis Hansen
Lewis does amazing work in class, and his grades are always on point! He also is extremely active in our school community, playing 3 varsity sports, as well as being a major part of our wonderful music program. Keep up all the great work Lewis!!
